SkyTeamTravel applies service fees to various booking and post-booking services. These fees are per passenger, per ticket, and are non-refundable. The exact amount depends on the type of service and booking channel.

Online Booking Service Fees

For most online airfares, a service fee ranging from $0 to $35 CAD per passenger is charged. This fee applies to U.S. domestic and international flights. The final amount is converted to your local currency during payment.

  • Business & First Class Airfares: Up to $150 CAD per passenger.
  • Multi-city & Open-jaw Trips: Up to $100 CAD per passenger.
  • Cities with High Fraud Rates: Up to $40 CAD per passenger.
  • Alternate Date & Nearby Airport Bookings: Up to $55 CAD per passenger.
  • Fusion Fares/Value Deals: Up to $100 CAD per passenger.
  • Unaccompanied Minor Tickets: Up to $100 CAD per passenger.

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings made through SkyTeamTravel's contact center, especially for complex itineraries, may incur higher service fees:

  • Standard Bookings: Fees range from $10 to $200 CAD per passenger.
  • Senior Citizens: Up to $100 CAD per passenger.

These fees include premium package benefits and may vary based on the complexity of the itinerary.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Bookings made through SkyTeamTravel's contact center, especially for complex itineraries, may incur higher service fees:

  • Refund Timeframe: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are typically processed within 48–72 hours.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to airline policies and may be credited for future travel with the same airline.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees charged by SkyTeamTravel are non-refundable, even if the airline permits a refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 60–90 days, depending on the airline's processing times.
